            The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Randall A. Grossman, at 6:33 PM. Alfred G. Roberts led in prayer.

Report of the Registrar:

            The following submitted excuses for all or part of the Conference: William E. Blair, Roger J. Brush, Alan G. Miller, R. C. Reichenbach, David B. Rothenberger

Resolved, that the requests for excuses be granted.

Resolved, that the minutes of the first meeting be approved.

Report of the Board of Christian Education (see page) 

            Resolved, that the report be accepted.

Board of Youth and Young Adults (see page)

            Resolved, that the report be accepted.

            Andrew T. Crossgrove prayed for the Board of Youth and Young Adults and for its vision of a Conference Youth Pastor to help with the needs of the youth ministries of the Bible Fellowship Churches.

            Dana E. Weller, Director of the BFC Board of Missions, introduced the following BFC missionaries who are present at Annual Conference: Thomas and Becky Pollock, David and Rosemarie Manney, Jay and Ruth Burrington, Mark Bickel. Annette Kriner, John Pello, Byron Barnshaw, John C. Studenroth, Robert and Lois Draper, J. Barclay Harley, Ronald W. Hoyle, John LoRusso, Philip E. Yerrington, Raymond R. Bertolet, David K. Schlonecker and Kevin W. Kirkpatrick. Byron Widger read greetings from Chris Merrick.

            Kenneth F. Barber prayed and thanked the Lord for His commission for us to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world.

            Time was set aside for reports of the Lord’s blessings in the different regions. Ronald C. Mahurin served as host and representatives of the regions presented their praises and prayer requests. At the end of each report, prayer was offered for the work of the Lord in those churches.

Resolved, that the meeting be adjourned.

            The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 PM as Bryan L. Snyder closed in prayer.
